4 Steps To Unleash Your 'Beast-Mode'

Do you want to get over playing small in your life? Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired ? Do you wish to operate in the next level and take control of your life?

In this article, I am going to share with you the 4 steps, which if you incorporate in your daily life, will help you to achieve your goals and release the inner Beast which is lying deep down within you.

  • Join the 4 a.m Club

If you want to be in Beast-Mode, you don't get up when you feel like. You must decide a specific time to wake up and grind. I would strongly recommend you to become the lifetime member of the 4 a.m club which is joined by only the elite people (I bet you can surely be one of them).

4 a.m has always been a sacred time for the hustlers who either jump out of their bed and start their grind, or finish their work and take a much needed sleep. You will be amazed by the results you produce at a time when others would still be in their dreamland.

  • Visualise Your Dream

Every single day after getting up from the bed, take 10 minutes of your time to visualise about the dream which you have. Think about the lifestyle which you'd be having; the contentment you will be experiencing if you are able to make your dreams become a reality.

While you put in the hours to do the hard freaking work, I want you to think about your dreams which is getting near you every time you say that you are not going to stop until you are done with your work. Contrary to the old beliefs, sometimes the product becomes as important as the process.

  • Face Your Fears

It is a common misconception that people living in the Beast-Mode don't have any fears. Of course they have their own set of fears and they very well acknowledge their limits, but that does not mean they will be held back by it. They know how to shatter their limits and transcend their fears. A limitless life has always been what they've aimed for.

I have a task for you now, at this very moment. Think about the biggest fear which which you have; it might be a hard conversation with your loved one, it could be the fear of the unknown, it might be to complete a task which demands a hell lot of efforts from your side, or whatever. Now I want you to make sure that you face it  within the next 24 hours.

Don't get it twisted. I am not saying you to conquer it (though it would be a lot better), I am just telling you to face it, because a real Beast knows that it requires lot more guts, courage and determination to face the fears than one needs to conquer it.

  • Put in 'Hard Freaking Work'

People living in Beast-Mode are the ones who out-work others,out-smart others and out-do others. They don't go to sleep until they've finished the task which they started. Their work ethic is so strong that even a mighty distraction cannot move them. They are relentless, who don't compete but rather demolish their competitors.

They are more or less obsessed with their work. But if the results don't go their way, you won't find them whining about it. You might see them shed a tear or two, but you'll also see them getting back up and give another shot for glory.

If you are willing to apply the above mentioned steps in your life, then its only a matter of time before you can get, do and be whatever you want in your life.

The 2X3X Mindset

Does the title seems to be a bit abstruse. Let me break it down for you. This is something which I learned a few moths ago and guess what? It is doing wonders in my life! This principle states that if you want to  double  your income and your impact in your organisation, then you must  triple  your investment in your self-development.  You can't be progressing in your career if you are not willing to work on yourself and strive to be a better version of yourself with each passing day. What you'll have 2 years from now, 5 years from now,10 years from now solely depends on what you become and what are the things which you are willing to sacrifice today.  Your income hardly exceeds your self worth and once you acknowledge this very fact, you'll start realising that there is a very urgent need to start learning new skills and be very competitive. There are innumerable things which are out there in the world which can aide you reach your des...

Being Relentless

Roger Federer, one of the most decorated sportsperson, holds the record of having the highest number of Grand Slams under his belt-18. Usain Bolt did something which no other person in the whole of mankind could do- he ran 100 meters in mere 9.58 seconds. I can go on writing about these great personalities for hours, but what I need you to understand is this: they were not overnight sensations, they did not become great accidentally, rather they strived for it, they breathed it, ate it and slept it. It is said that dreams are not those which you see when you are asleep, but they are those which doesn't let you sleep until you make them into a reality. Relentlessness is the trait which is common among all the greats. Famous footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo once said 'I have cars, I have money, I have everything. But you don't know how much sacrifice I had to do to get to the place where I am now. I had to be away from my family and had to go through inn...
