The need to be Authentic

Defining the problem
Departing from the norms
Deleting the impractical
Developing the better
Determining the best
Designing the result
And being the best you can be.

I am sitting in my bedroom, having a hot milk shake on a cup which reads-Be brave, Be Bold, Be you. It really made me think about the importance of being yourself and being authentic. Every single day can be perceived as dismal, or you can weave it to perfection and extract every second to its fullest. At a time when a person is seldom trying to come up with some new ideas, a time when plagiarism seems to be the blemish of the mankind, you have the power to present something to this world which no one else can, apart from you. Even if you try to be like someone you adore, you will only be the second best. Why choose to be second-placed when you are so much more than that? Why not try to unleash the gifts which god has given exclusively to you?  Just read a quote of Warren Buffet- "There will never be a better you than you." Wise words from a brilliant guy. Promise yourself to make time to think about your authenticity. To showcase your talent in a way which will even astonish you. You are special. You are unique. So are you willing to get out of your comfort zone (which I call the stagnancy zone) and exert more of yourself? Are you willing to stop running along with the herd and start pursuing the things which you really want in your life. Are you ready to wow others around you by exuding originality and your suave skills? As it is said, be so great that they can't ignore you. I wish you a very happy and an authentic life.
I would be happy if you share this message to your friends.
Thank you.

The 2X3X Mindset

Does the title seems to be a bit abstruse. Let me break it down for you. This is something which I learned a few moths ago and guess what? It is doing wonders in my life! This principle states that if you want to  double  your income and your impact in your organisation, then you must  triple  your investment in your self-development.  You can't be progressing in your career if you are not willing to work on yourself and strive to be a better version of yourself with each passing day. What you'll have 2 years from now, 5 years from now,10 years from now solely depends on what you become and what are the things which you are willing to sacrifice today.  Your income hardly exceeds your self worth and once you acknowledge this very fact, you'll start realising that there is a very urgent need to start learning new skills and be very competitive. There are innumerable things which are out there in the world which can aide you reach your des...

Why I like the books of Dan Brown

We have all at one point in our lives regarded ourselves as bibliophiles. We have all been in a place where we get so engrossed into our literary paperbacks that the reality seems to be a at a far distant from us. You might have already, that I am no exception. I consider myself as a voracious reader of books who reads various genres since I don't want to deprive myself of the magnum opus of the literary greats in their respective subjects. Off late, I have been reading a lot of thriller books and who else could be better that the 'master of thriller', Dan   Brown . Literally guys, I have fell in love with his books! He has cracked the 'bestseller' code. The protagonist, Robert Langdon, a Harvard symbiologist, who strives to decipher seemingly impossible codes and tasks to save the planet. He is no less than a superhero for me, who unlike other superheroes, uses his brainpower rather than muscle power to get things done. Enigmatic puzzles and a complet...

How to Dominate your field

There was a time when we used to categorise people under two heads: 1) Those who sit idle and hardly put in the work, having no interest in refining oneself and helping to raise one's standard of living. 2) Those who work and try to compete with others to have a sense of supremacy. At that time, people who were under the second head used to be the elite class. The people who always try to compete against the herd. But now the times have changed. The people under the first head are the ones who are officially broke while the people of the second head have been categorised as average, who only participate in a competition without having any significant impact on the process. Over the years, a new breed of people have emerged who are nothing like the above mentioned groups. These people are relentless, who always try to disrupt the status quo. These are the people who are way past ahead of competition and seek complete domination. Every person in this world aspires to do...
